Gold: Klipkop Conservancy

This conservancy is working really hard at addressing a large number of varied issues within their conservancy, covering all aspects of environmental conservation, showing considerable focus on the planning of their projects and commitment to following them through to completion.

Their recognition of their fortune in being located on bankenveld and their willingness to put measures in place to ensure its continued quality and the survival of the incredible biodiversity found there is highly commendable.  They are willing to involve themselves in various national social upliftment programs and are enthusiastic about their inclusion in the Gauteng Biodiversity Stewardship Pilot Program.

Klipkop adds much more value too advocating what conservancies ultimately are all about: Wise management, care and protection of the land which has been entrusted to you for the present and future generation’s usage and enjoyment.  Altogether, a conservancy worthy of the highest recognition and praise from all those involved in Environmental Conservation within South Africa.
